I've been doing diaphragmatic breathing regularly and I'm wondering if it's actually beneficial. What should be considered a normal breathing pattern? Is it more common to do chest breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, or is there another method I should know about? I'm a bit confused and would love some guidance.

My dad's been diagnosed with lung fibrosis, and I'm really worried about what steps we can take next. I've heard about the possibility of a lung transplant, but I need to know if this is something that can be done in India. Could you provide details on hospitals where this might be possible?

My husband has had this really stubborn dry cough for over a year now, and it seems worst in the early morning, especially when he's using the washroom. I'm really curious what's causing this and if there's something specific we should be doing or looking into? It's been going on for so long, and I'm a bit worried.

I'm having trouble sleeping for the past week. When I first try to fall asleep, it suddenly feels like I can't breathe properly. I end up having to open my mouth just to get a good breath in. This has been happening every night for about half an hour right when I'm trying to sleep. I'm not stressed or anything, so I doubt it's anxiety. It's weird because I only notice this issue when I'm lying down to sleep. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

take steam inhalation half an hour before sleep.
