I've been doing diaphragmatic breathing regularly and I'm wondering if it's actually beneficial. What should be considered a normal breathing pattern? Is it more common to do chest breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, or is there another method I should know about? I'm a bit confused and would love some guidance.

View allI'm a bit confused and worried because my Mantoux test showed a big reaction, 25x27mm, but my chest CT scan only suggests the possibility of tuberculosis. Ive got no symptomsno cough or fever or anything like that. Should I really start TB medication even though I feel perfectly fine? I'm just not sure if I actually have tuberculosis.

I found out I had COVID on April 20th, and although I'm on medication, I'm mostly just taking vitamins and that ascoril ls cough syrup now. My cough is still really bad, especially in the evenings and at night. This morning I coughed so much that I noticed some blood in my sputum a couple of times. What should I do to get better? Would love some advice.

I recently went to a pulmonologist and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was put on coamoxiclav antibiotics for a week and duavent for nebulizing. But it's been two weeks since my follow-up visit, and I'm still coughing up phlegm. The doctor has now prescribed me levofloxacin and zykast. I'm a bit worried since I'm breastfeeding. Should I be concerned about these medications? Also, why hasn't my cough improved?
