I've been doing diaphragmatic breathing regularly and I'm wondering if it's actually beneficial. What should be considered a normal breathing pattern? Is it more common to do chest breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, or is there another method I should know about? I'm a bit confused and would love some guidance.

View allI recently did a spirometry test and got FeV1 levels of 107. Is that normal or does it mean I might have a breathing issue? I'm also curious about what kind of breathing problems it could indicate. My oxygen saturation always seems to be around 98%, and after doing a 6-minute walking test, it stayed the same at 98% before and after. Could you help me understand what this might mean?

I've been dealing with a really annoying cold, cough, and itchy throat for about a week now. I've tried home remedies and even saw a doctor, but nothing seems to be working. The cough is so much worse at night than in the morning, and my throat always starts itching right before I cough. I'm currently taking Asthakind DX syrup and Cefpodoxime and Levocetirizine tablets, but it's still not getting better. Can you suggest any other medicine or treatment that might help?

I'm trying to understand what it means to have primary pulmonary pseudolymphoma. My doctor mentioned there's no treatment needed and they just want to keep an eye on it. Should I be worried about this condition? How serious is it, and what kinds of changes or symptoms should I be watching out for if we're only observing?
