I've been drinking buttermilk for the last couple of weeks and since then, I've developed a cold. Whenever I try to clear my throat, I end up with mehendi-colored phlegm, and if I push too hard, there's sometimes a bit of blood in it. My throat hurts so much that I can't swallow anything. What should I do next?

I've been dealing with a blocked nose due to sinus issues for the past 5 years and have relied on Otrivin for relief. An ENT specialist recommended FESS surgery, but it's too expensive for me right now. Are there any other treatments or alternatives that could help improve my condition without surgery?

Consider nasal irrigation, antihistamines, and steroids first; FESS surgery is a last resort if all else fails.

I'm experiencing pain on the left side of my throat, and it's really tough to swallow. There's also this annoying feeling like a lump's stuck in my throat. Any idea what might be going on?

Persistent swollen lymph nodes can be concerning. Given the FNAC result shows reactive lymph nodes, it's likely a benign condition. Consider the following steps: - Consult a hematologist or an oncologist for a second opinion. - Rule out underlying conditions like tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, or autoimmune disorders. - Imaging tests like ultrasound or CT scans may help identify the cause. - Excisional biopsy might be necessary if the node persists. Don't hesitate to seek a specialist's opinion for further guidance.

I've had cervical lymphadenopathy for over 6 years with multiple lumps in my neck that haven't grown much recently. No biopsy or FNAC has been done yet, and I'm unsure if it's serious. I can't afford expensive surgery right now are there any other options to reduce or get rid of these lumps without breaking the bank?
