I've been drinking buttermilk for the last couple of weeks and since then, I've developed a cold. Whenever I try to clear my throat, I end up with mehendi-colored phlegm, and if I push too hard, there's sometimes a bit of blood in it. My throat hurts so much that I can't swallow anything. What should I do next?

I'm a 34-year-old guy who's been dealing with off-and-on nasal congestion for as long as I can remember. I just had an x-ray of my nose and the PNS result showed some haziness in the right maxillary sinus. My ENT doctor has put me on a course of amoxclav for five days, plus I'm using a fluticasone nasal spray and taking telecast L tablets. I'm really curious about what's causing this haziness.
