I'm a 34-year-old guy who's been dealing with off-and-on nasal congestion for as long as I can remember. I just had an x-ray of my nose and the PNS result showed some haziness in the right maxillary sinus. My ENT doctor has put me on a course of amoxclav for five days, plus I'm using a fluticasone nasal spray and taking telecast L tablets. I'm really curious about what's causing this haziness. Is it something that happens often, or is there any reason I should be worried? Would appreciate some insight.

I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

yes this could be recurrent tonsillitis if it is so better get it removed.visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.

I've been dealing with some really bad ear pain for the last three days, and it's only in my left ear. It's so painful that I can't even eat anything. It feels like there's something stuck in there, but when I try to put my finger in to check, it just hurts too much. What could be going on with my ear, and should I be worried about this?

Throat tightness or blockage can be unsettling. Before suggesting medicines, consider: - Allergies or environmental irritants - Acid reflux or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Anxiety or stress - Muscle tension For relief, try: - Antihistamines like cetirizine or loratadine for allergies - Antacids or proton pump inhibitors for acid reflux - Relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation for anxiety - Throat lozenges or gargling with warm salt water for soothing Consult a doctor for personalized advice and proper diagnosis.

I've had a chest X-ray and an endoscopy of my throat, and everything seemed okay. The doctor performed a nose endoscopy and cauterized it, and it didn't bleed for four days. But now, I'm seeing a few drops of fresh blood in my spit only in the mornings. The doctor mentioned this could be due to dryness in my nose and might take around 30 days to heal. What do you think about this? Is there anything else I should be doing, or any other reasons this might be happening?

Yes it takes time to heal follow your doctor advice.
