I've been eating raw rice for the past three months, and I'm not sure why I started. I've noticed since then that my period has become irregular, sometimes lasting 10 to 15 days, though it's in small amounts and has a brown color. Could eating raw rice be causing these changes? I'm really curious and a bit worried about what's going on.

There is no relation between eating raw rice and having dysmenorrhea (abnormal or prolonged periods). You should consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation of your dysmenorrhea and its cause. Eating raw rice can cause constipation and gastric difficulties, but does not relate in any way to prolonged periods.

View allI've been having issues with irregular periods and there's been a lot of itching and discharge, a kind of overflow in white water. It's been really uncomfortable. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?
Your symptoms of irregular periods, white discharge, and itching may be caused by a variety of factors, including hormonal imbalances, infections, or ovulation. It's important to visit a gynecologist for a full diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. In the meantime, maintain good hygiene, avoid irritants, and manage your diet and stress levels. Feel free to consult a doctor for a detailed examination and targeted treatment

I'm about a month pregnant and I'm really concerned about what shampoo I should be using. Currently, I have Moroccan oil shampoois that safe for me right now?
Dove shampoo and conditioner are safe too if you want to go for something milder.

I've been having some issues with my periods being late by over 15 days sometimes, and lately, I've felt like vomiting, been really hungry, and kind of dizzy. My usual date was April 18, and I'm worried that I might be pregnant. How soon can I check to see if the result is positive or negative? Also, I accidentally drank pineapple Rasna juice before I knew you're not supposed to have pineapple when trying to conceive. Could this cause any problems like a miscarriage if Im actually pregnant? I'm really stressed about it and would appreciate some advice.
