I've been eating raw rice for the past three months, and I'm not sure why I started. I've noticed since then that my period has become irregular, sometimes lasting 10 to 15 days, though it's in small amounts and has a brown color. Could eating raw rice be causing these changes? I'm really curious and a bit worried about what's going on.

There is no relation between eating raw rice and having dysmenorrhea (abnormal or prolonged periods). You should consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation of your dysmenorrhea and its cause. Eating raw rice can cause constipation and gastric difficulties, but does not relate in any way to prolonged periods.

Is oral sex safe for my partner and me, or are there risks we should be worried about? If there are, what steps can we take to make it safer? We've engaged in oral sex, so I'm wondering if we should see a doctor to ensure everything is okay.
Oral sex can be safe for both partners if precautions are taken, such as using dental dams or condoms to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). It's important to maintain good oral hygiene and avoid oral sex if either partner has sores or infections. If you have concerns about any potential impact, it's a good idea to consult with a doctor for a check-up.
