I've been eating raw rice for the past three months, and I'm not sure why I started. I've noticed since then that my period has become irregular, sometimes lasting 10 to 15 days, though it's in small amounts and has a brown color. Could eating raw rice be causing these changes? I'm really curious and a bit worried about what's going on.

There is no relation between eating raw rice and having dysmenorrhea (abnormal or prolonged periods). You should consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation of your dysmenorrhea and its cause. Eating raw rice can cause constipation and gastric difficulties, but does not relate in any way to prolonged periods.

My wife recently had her first period after an abortion that happened due to no heartbeat detected at two months into the pregnancy. It's been quite heavy, and we're on the fourth day now. While it seems to have lightened up a tiny bit today, it's still more than what we expected. Should we be concerned about the amount of bleeding she's experiencing right now?
As she is getting her periods after 2months, it can be little heavy. But if she is having pain or if she is passing clots or fleshy mass she has to visit her doctor. If not it will stop in 2-4 days. If the bleeding doesn't stop in 2-4 days, then also she needs to visit her doctor.
