I've been experiencing asthma for the past 20 years, and my recent chest X-ray showed mild cardiomegaly and prominent broncho-vascular markings. Should I be worried about these findings? What does it mean for my overall lung and heart health, especially considering my long history with asthma?

View allI've been dealing with some health issues lately and I'm getting pretty concerned. I'm 28 and moved to Bangalore about a year ago. I was diagnosed with Acute Urticaria back in July 2017, and it was manageable with medicine. But then, around May or June this year, I started noticing asthma-like symptoms creeping in, and now theyre happening all the time. The smallest amount of dust sets it off, or if the AC is turned off at work or home. Even laughing, which I used to do a lot, or sneezing, or talking fast triggers an episode. I've had heartburn a lot too and it seems to be linked to the asthma. I use Asthalin to help with the severe episodes. For the last couple of weeks, I've been waking up after only about 3 hours of sleep because I can't breathe well. I'm really worried about my health getting worse, so I'm wondering if there's any way to cure this. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I'm trying to understand the normal pulmonary flow for a tall adult. Does having high pulmonary flow automatically mean someone has pulmonary artery hypertension? I'm a bit concerned and would appreciate some clarity on this.
The normal pulmonary flow in a tall adult is approximately 4-6 liters per minute. High pulmonary flow can be an indicator of pulmonary artery hypertension. If you suspect pulmonary artery hypertension, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried about an infiltrate found in the right upper lobe of my lung and I'm not quite sure what it means. The report mentioned something about small granulomata near the right second rib and the right hilum being slightly retracted upwards. Could this be something serious, and what should I do next?
