I've been experiencing a burning sensation and frequent urination for the past few months, and it's really bothering me, especially when I'm sitting. On top of that, I'm having some issues with gas and what feels like constipation. I'm getting worried and really need some advice. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be concerned?

To help improve sperm count and quality, you can consider taking a supplement like Fertilaid for Men. Additionally, make sure to maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, balanced diet, and adequate hydration.

I've had a hydrocele for 3 years now and I'm really worried about surgery. Is there any other treatment that can fix this without going under the knife? Also if I do get the surgery, is there a chance the hydrocele might come back later?
