I've been experiencing this issue where I cough up blood sometimes in the morning. I went to the doctor, and they said all my tests like blood work and X-ray look fine, even checked my bulgum. But I constantly feel like I have a cough stuck in my throat area. What could be causing this if all my reports are fine? Should I be worried about something else?

I recently got a chest X-ray after being treated for pulmonary TB back in 2002. I was cured after taking medication for six months. Now, my X-ray report from March 16, 2017, shows calcified fibro nodular densities in both upper lung fields, but everything else seems finelungs are clear, trachea's in the midline, heart's not enlarged, and the costophrenic angles are sharp and distinct. The report concludes there's a chronic inflammatory process in both upper lung fields. Could you help me understand what this means? I'm a little concerned and would appreciate your insight.
Based on the X-ray findings, the calcified fibronodular densities in both upper lung fields suggest scarring from a past tuberculosis infection, which is common after successful treatment. Ive been feeling really suffocated for the past three days, and it's making it really tough to get any work done. My chest feels tight and heavy, and I've also got this nagging upset stomach. Its like Im completely unhappy and cant shake off these negative thoughts. Im wondering, is this a breathing problem or anxiety or something else entirely? I had a chest x-ray done about three months ago, and it didnt show anything, but the problems still here. The doctor mentioned something about allergic rhinitis, and Ive been taking Alerfix Total daily for three months and Oxitin CR Forte, but I missed my Oxitin dose the last two days. Could this be something serious? And how can I get rid of this permanently?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.Seroflo inhaler sos is advised to the pt for wheezing.
