I've been experiencing a lot of hair fall and breakage lately, especially at the point where my new hair growth meets the area that was treated with keratin three months ago. It's really noticeable every time I wash or brush my hair. Do you think I should stick with the Cacau shampoo and conditioner I've been using, or would another hair treatment help stop the hair fall? What would you suggest?

Keratin-treated hair can be prone to breakage, especially where the treated hair meets the new growth.

Shampoo and Conditioner

  1. Switch to a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo: Consider a shampoo specifically formulated for keratin-treated hair or damaged hair.
  2. Use a moisturizing conditioner: A deep conditioning treatment can help repair and restore your hair's moisture balance.

Hair Treatments

  1. Hair mask: Apply a hair mask once or twice a week to provide an intense dose of moisture and nourishment.
  2. Hair oil: Use a hair oil rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, such as argan oil, coconut oil, or olive oil, to help repair and protect your hair.
  3. Protein treatment: Consider a protein-based treatment to help repair and strengthen your hair.

Reduce Breakage

  1. Be gentle when combing: Use a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush to gently comb out your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up.
  2. Avoid heat styling: Try to minimize heat styling or use a heat protectant spray to help prevent damage.
  3. Get regular trims: Regular trims can help prevent split ends and breakage.

I'm dealing with this really itchy allergy on my neck and inside my elbows. It's been four days now. I've been taking polaramine for three days and using soframycin, like I usually do since I often have skin allergies. But this time, it doesn't seem to be getting better. I'm getting quite worried. Could there be something else I should try or maybe there's something I'm missing here? Would appreciate any advice you have.

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I'm having a really uncomfortable problem with sweating a lot in my groin area, especially around my anus and testicles. It's causing a pretty bad smell and it feels greasy down there, plus it makes my underwear dirty. I've already shaved the pubic hair and switched to wearing boxers instead of briefs, but the sweating hasn't stopped. I make sure to wash the area thoroughly when I shower in the morning, but still by the afternoon it starts again and seems to get worse by nighttime. Can you suggest any lotion or powder to help keep the area dry and clean all day?

That could beyour body tendency ,maintain regukar physical activity and take bath twice daily ,if its bothering you much visit Dermatologist for appropriate management

I'm dealing with androgenic alopecia and was told to take finpecia 1mg along with minoxidil. I was advised to use finpecia for just 3 months, but I'm not sure about what happens to my hair growth if I stop after that time. I'm really confused because I've come across different opinions online. Do I need to be on this medication for life? And isn't there a risk of becoming impotent if I use it continuously?

No need to worry you are using very minimal and therapeutic dose no such side effects would come trust your doctor and follow their advice
