I've been experiencing moments of breathlessness throughout the day and it's starting to worry me. I don't have any other coronavirus symptoms, but Im curious about what might be causing this. Could you help me understand what might be going on?

So, I had this maid looking after my 1.5-year-old daughter for a few months, but she got sick once, even coughed up blood. I decided to let her go right after. This happened a couple of months back. I went ahead and got some tests done, like a sputum test for tuberculosis, which came back negative. But then she mentioned her dad passed away from TB 14 years ago. She's got a couple of sisters, a mom, and a brother in the family too. We did a digital x-ray and a helical CT chest scan, and those were normal. I'm just wondering, given her symptoms and her family history, is there still a possibility she might have active tuberculosis?

since her sputum test is negative there are least chances she has tuberculosis

I've been using Symbicort for about 2.5 years now, just one puff twice a day. I'm 25, and recently I had a spirometry test done. My FVC came out to be 85 and my FEV1 was 80. After taking a bronchodilator and retaking the test, there wasn't a significant change. My doctor mentioned that I might just be on the low side of normal, possibly with intermittent asthma or maybe nothing at all. But then I came across information suggesting that a lack of improvement in the reversibility test could point to COPD. So now I'm wondering, should I be concerned about COPD, or am I getting ahead of myself?

Continue all the medications as advised .Pulmonologist opinion .

I'm really worried about the lung fibrosis I've developed after recovering from COVID. Is there any risk that this could eventually turn into cancer? I'm hoping to understand what "moderate degree lung fibrosis" means in this context and what potential complications I should be aware of.
