I've been experiencing rapid hair loss for the past two months. About six months ago, I had dengue and since then, I haven't used any medication for my hair. Also, I'm dealing with pimples on my face. I'm really worried and not sure what to do. Can you suggest anything?

I understand your concern about rapid hair fall and pimples.
Hair Fall After Dengue Fever
- Telogen Effluvium: Dengue fever can cause Telogen Effluvium, a condition where hair enters the resting phase and falls out after a few months.
- Nutritional Deficiencies: Dengue fever can lead to nutritional deficiencies, such as vitamin and mineral deficiencies, which can contribute to hair loss.
- Hormonal Imbalance: Dengue fever can disrupt hormonal balances, leading to hair loss.
Pimples and Hair Fall Connection
- Hormonal Imbalance: Hormonal fluctuations can contribute to both pimples and hair loss.
- Stress: Stress can exacerbate both pimples and hair loss.
- Nutritional Deficiencies: Deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, such as zinc, biotin, or vitamin B, can contribute to both pimples and hair loss.

View allI'm using Cipla 8x shampoo and it's been great for my dandruff and hair fall for months, but now, all of a sudden, my hair is starting to fall again. I've been using it twice a week for nearly 8 months. Could the shampoo be losing its effectiveness with regular use? Or is using it twice a week too much? What should I do?
It's possible that the effectiveness of the shampoo may decrease over time with frequent use. In such cases, it's a good idea to switch to a different anti-dandruff shampoo for a while and then you can come back to using Cipla 8X shampoo later on.
