I've been experiencing this really heavy feeling in my neck for the past couple of days. It's like my neck needs constant support, almost like it's a burden. But here's the thing: it doesn't hurt, and it's not stiff. It's just unusually heavy. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

You may be experiencing neck muscle fatigue or tension. To help relieve the feeling of heaviness in your neck, you can try taking a muscle relaxant like Cyclobenzaprine 10mg once daily. Additionally, you can apply a topical pain relief gel like Voltaren Gel to the affected area. Make sure to also practice good posture and gentle neck stretches to help alleviate the discomfort.

View allMy mom's been dealing with a migraine for over 8 hours now, and we're worried. She tried Fluner D twice but it hasn't helped at all. I'm wondering if giving her Crocin 650 or Disprin might be more effective. Which one do you think would work better? Any suggestion would be really appreciated.
If your mother has been experiencing a migraine for over 8 hours and Fluner D hasn't helped, it's better to try a painkiller like Crocin 650, as it's typically effective for headaches. Disprin (aspirin) may also work, but it could irritate the stomach. If her symptoms persist, it would be wise to consult a doctor for further evaluation.

I've been feeling really weird lately, like there's an earthquake happening just for me. Sometimes, it feels like someone's shaking my chair or bed while I'm trying to relax or sleep. I've also been experiencing random twitches, muscle spasms, and this strange internal trembling sensation. It's almost like these vibrations are somehow linked to my heartbeat. Every time my heart beats, it feels like there's an earthquake going on, especially when Im standing still. What could be going on with my body?
