I've been experiencing this really uncomfortable feeling where it feels like I'm lifting some heavy weight right in the middle of my chest. It's like this pressure or tightness, and it happens a few times throughout the day. This has been going on for about 20 to 25 days now. I'm starting to get pretty worried. What could be causing this, and is there something serious I should be concerned about?

The report also notes no pulmonary hypertension or pericardial effusion, and no intracardiac clot or vegetation. My chest X-ray mentions a mild unfolding of the aorta but no pluroparenchymal abnormality. Should I be worried about any of these findings, and what kind of treatment might be necessary?

I'm a bit concerned because my blood pressure has been reading around 165 for the high and 95 for the low. I've also been experiencing this weird pain in my right hand that just comes and goes. Could this be related to my blood pressure, or is it something else I should be worried about?

I've recently had a 2D ECHO Cardiogram, and it's showing MVP with Trivial MR. My EF is at 60. Should I be worried about these results? Are they something serious?
