I've been experiencing this sharp chest pain on the right side whenever I take a deep breath, and it's been going on for like three days now. It's really starting to worry me, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. Could it be something serious, and should I be concerned? What do you think might be going on?

I'm really worried because during my GAMMCA medical checkup for the Gulf, a scar showed up on my chest x-ray. The doctor mentioned that this doesn't align with the Gulf medical council's rules, but also said I don't have any health issues from it. Is there any way to get rid of the scar with medication? I'm dealing with a really bad cough for over 40 days now. I've been using inhalers and the nebuliser, like Budesal and Foracort, and taking meds like Livotiz and some lifestyle tabs. I'm worried it's not getting better. What should I do next, and is there something else I could try?

Patient is advised ecg,sputum for AFB,microscopy and chest x-ray pa view. Also continue all the medications.
