I've been experiencing some discomfort lately when I sleep on my side. It feels like there's a squeezing sensation under my rib cage. It's starting to worry me, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Could this be something serious, or is it a common issue? What might be going on?

I'm dealing with this really annoying problem where I seem to have way too much saliva all day long. Every morning I wake up, and my mouth is just full of it. It's been like this for over four years now, and it's super frustrating because if I try to swallow it, I feel really nauseous. I end up having to spit it out constantly. I'm just curious, are there any foods that might help with this issue, and what exactly could be causing this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm really struggling hereI've had diarrhea for the last 3 months and my doctor said it might be IBS. I'm currently taking ibset, but before this, I tried colospa x and eldicet. The problem is, every time I stop the meds, the diarrhea comes back, and sometimes it happens like 3 to 4 times a day with mucus. I'm worried and not sure what I should be doing differently. Any advice on how to manage this?
