I've been experiencing some weird skin rashes along with vomiting lately. There are these small red dots on my hands and under the palms, same with my feet. I've also been feeling nauseous and have headaches off and on. The rashes are super itchy, and on my legs, it even looks like mosquito bites, but I'm sure there are no mosquitoes around. What could this be? Should I be worried?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of an allergic reaction or a viral infection. The skin rashes, vomiting, red dots on hands and feet, nausea, headache, and itchy bumps on legs could be indicative of a condition like hand, foot, and mouth disease. I recommend taking an antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for the itching and rash. You can also consider using a topical corticosteroid cream like Hydrocortisone to help with the inflammation. For the nausea and vomiting, you can try over-the-counter medications like Pepto-Bismol or Dramamine. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to seek medical attention.

I'm thinking about using Faiza skin lightening cream and I'm wondering if it's okay to apply it every night before bed. Is it safe to do that, and will it really make my skin glow in just a week? I'm a bit concerned about any potential side effects.
Contains hydroquinone, which is commonly used to lighten dark patches of skin. However, using it every night can lead to skin irritation, redness, and even paradoxical darkening of the skin. It is not recommended to use skin lightening creams excessively as they can have harmful effects on the skin. It is important to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer and consult a dermatologist for proper guidance.
