I've been experiencing something weird whenever I lie down on my left side. It's a pulsating sensation just under my left rib, and it seems to come and go. There's no pain, but it's definitely noticeable. Any idea what might be causing this sensation?

I'm really struggling with having frequent bowel movements, like 4 to 5 times a day, especially after eating. I used to have heartburn too, but that got better with some meds. Now, it's all about this diarrhea issue. Every time I eat, I have to rush to the washroom several times, and it's really impacting my daily life.
