I've been experiencing something weird whenever I lie down on my left side. It's a pulsating sensation just under my left rib, and it seems to come and go. There's no pain, but it's definitely noticeable. Any idea what might be causing this sensation?

I've been dealing with this issue where I'm producing way too much saliva every day, and it's been going on for years. It's like I constantly need to spit, and if I try to swallow it, I start feeling nauseous. I also get this urge to burp a lot. I work out regularly and stay away from smoking and drinking. It's really getting on my nerves having to spit all the time. Any idea what might be causing this or how to make it stop?

Excessive salivation, along with frequent burping and nausea, can be frustrating, but it's important to identify the underlying cause in order to find the right treatment. Start by considering common causes such as GERD, oral health issues, or stressanxiety. You might also want to speak to a healthcare professional, such as a gastroenterologist or ENT specialist, to help pinpoint the cause and explore appropriate treatment options.
