I've been experiencing sudden sweating and a sort of flurry feeling, and I've had a bunch of tests done with nothing major coming up except for a B12 and vitamin D deficiency, as well as high cholesterol. Is there something specific I should be worried about or maybe something else I should check out? I'm just not sure what's causing these symptoms.

I'm really worried about my mom, who's 47 and has been diagnosed with a colloid nodular goitre. The size is 80mm, and I'm wondering if she really needs surgery. If she does, are there any risks involved? I'm just feeling a bit anxious about the whole thing.

For a 47-year-old woman with an 80mm colloid nodular goiter, surgical removal (thyroidectomy) may be recommended if the goiter is causing symptoms like difficulty swallowing, breathing, or neck discomfort, or if there's suspicion of malignancy; however, surgery carries risks like vocal cord damage, hypoparathyroidism, and bleeding, so it's essential to consult an endocrinologist or thyroid surgeon to discuss the risks and benefits and determine the best course of action.

I'm really worried about my vitamin D and calcium levels. I've been feeling off lately and I'm concerned it might be a deficiency. Could you recommend a good supplement for both? I'm also wondering what signs or symptoms I should look out for that might indicate these deficiencies.

Calcium deficiency would cause joint pains, muscle cramps, weakness, you can take Shelkal 500 once daily and Vit bio D3 once a week as supplements
