I've been experiencing these weird electric shock sensations in my lungs lately, and it lasts for about 2 minutes every time. It gets really uncomfortable when I breathe in and out, and Im even dealing with quite a bit of chest pain. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?

View allI had a chest X-ray even though I don't have any symptoms, and it came back showing bronchovascular markings are prominent and there are some small patchy opacities. Should I be worried about this?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. When I'm lying down, it's really hard to breathe and my chest feels tight. But as soon as I get up, it almost goes back to normal. I'm also having a weird cough that feels really dense and kind of stringy. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

I've noticed a little blood in my sputum when I clear my throat in the morning. I don't have any breathing problems, but I've had a cold for about three days. Should I be worried about this?
That could be normal capillary bleed no need to worry as there is history of cold also,it's negligible.
