I've been experiencing tightness in my throat and having some trouble breathing. I'm not sure who to see about this. Can you help me figure out which kind of doctor I should consult for these symptoms?

Postpartum backache and gas issues can be challenging.
Possible causes:
- Weakened core muscles after C-section
- Postural changes during pregnancy and postpartum
- Gas buildup due to slowed digestion or pressure on abdominal organs
- Adhesions or scar tissue from C-section
Consider:
- Gentle exercises to strengthen core muscles
- Good posture and body mechanics
- Dietary changes (e.g., avoiding gas-producing foods)
- Probiotics or digestive enzymes to aid digestion
Consult your obstetrician or a physical therapist specializing in postpartum care for personalized guidance.

View allI'm 20 and have smoked for just a year, about 23 cigarettes a day. Recently, I've noticed some red streaks in my mucus when I wake up in the morning. Could this mean I have lung cancer? It's been really stressing me out.

I've been dealing with a bit of a concern ever since I had COVID-19 last April. I got through it in about a week without needing to go to the hospital or taking any heavy-duty meds, but now a couple of times a day, I notice a light wheezing in my chest. It usually happens in the morning when I wake up, and to get rid of it, I end up coughing hard, which brings up a chunk of phlegm. I dont have a constant cough, only when I try to clear the wheezing. Is this normal post-COVID, or should I be worried about it?
Syrup salbutamol 10 ml orally thrice daily is advised to the patient.
