I've been experiencing this unexpected itching on my feet, hands, and sometimes even my neck. It usually goes away on its own after about 30 minutes, but it's been happening for the last 25 days. Any advice on what might be causing this or how I can stop it?

I've noticed a dark horizontal line on my nose after I used to pick at the whiteheads there. It's been a year, and while it's faded slightly, it's still pretty visible. Should I be concerned? Do I need to get treatment for this, or will it just fade away over time?

It sounds like you may have developed post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on your nose due to the picking and peeling of the skin. To help fade the dark line on your nose, you can consider using a topical cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid. An example of such a cream is Tri-Luma, which can be applied once daily in the evening. Make sure to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin and prevent further darkening. If the dark line persists or worsens, it's best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with this really annoying itching on my hands and other parts of my body. It seems to get worse both during the day and especially at night. I've tried using some English medicine, and it helps while I take it, but the itching comes right back when I stop. What could be causing this persistent itching, and what can I do to get some lasting relief? I'm starting to get really frustrated with it.

Since the medicine you previously used did not provide relief, I recommend trying an antihistamine such as Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) at a dosage of 10mg once daily. Additionally, you can apply a soothing lotion containing calamine or a mild steroid cream like Hydrocortisone (brand name Cortizone-10) to the itchy areas. Remember to avoid scratching the affected skin to prevent further irritation.

I'm a bit confused about a product I've been prescribed. It's called Konaz ZP, and I was told it should be used as a shampoo. But when I checked the label, it actually says it's a lotion. So now I'm unsure about how to properly use it. Could it be possible that there's a mix-up, or is this common? How should I go about using it as a shampoo, if it's labeled otherwise?

yes u can use it, visit ur physician for apprpropriate managent
