I'm really curious about whether drinking beetroot and carrot juice every morning can actually help brighten my skin. Is it true? Can this routine truly make a noticeable difference?

Drinking beetroot and carrot juice daily may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits for skin health, but the claim of "skin brightening" is exaggerated and not entirely accurate.

View allI've been losing my hair, and I think it's because of the inorganic shampoo I've been using. I'm really worried and want to switch to an organic shampoo. Also, I'm curious about what kind of lotion I should use along with a derma roller. Any advice on this?

I'm really struggling with my skin during the winter months. It turns really dark and dry, and oddly enough, it actually gets even darker when I use moisturizers. To top it off, I start breaking out with pimples too. It's so frustrating, because my skin is completely fine in the summersmooth, bright, and pimple-free. I'm based in Delhi, if that makes any difference. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I can do about it?
