I've been experiencing this weird chest congestion and discomfort for about six months now. I went to see a cardiologist and got an echo test done, and they said my heart is fine. There's no pain coming from the heart area either. But this annoying chest pressure just keeps coming and going. It's not interfering with my daily activities, but I have been feeling more tired than usual. Breathing isn't an issue, thankfully. However, today I noticed a sore throat along with the chest congestion. There's no mucus with blood or anything alarming like that, but the discomfort is still there from my throat to my chest. Could you offer some advice on this?

View allI've been having trouble with shortness of breath and a dry cough, especially when I'm talking or laughing. I saw a doctor and was given some meds for three days: Zifi LBX, Maxtra Cold, Nelson, and Corex cough syrup. But I'm still dealing with the same issues. What should I do now? Any advice would be appreciated.
That could be due to chronic pharyngitis, visit general physician for evaluationa and appropriate management and also do salt water gargling and take luke warm water

I was at a government hospital last month because I was losing weight and having a lot of vomiting. After a month of tests, they started me on tuberculosis meds. Some doctors told me I have TB, but others weren't sure. I'm really confused because I don't have the usual TB symptoms like coughing. I'm worried because it's been 21 days on the medication, but the vomiting hasn't stopped. Could you help me figure out if I really have TB or what's going on?
do CBNAAT to confirm the TB , for vomiting take tab vasograin
