I'm really worried because despite following the treatment of Cepodem OD, Ivermectin, Doxycycline, Azithromycin, PanD, and a multivitamin my SPO2 levels are still below 80 and there's no sign of improvement. What could be going wrong and what should I do next?

Explanation of Medications:
- Cepodem OD (Cefpodoxime 400mg): Antibiotic for bacterial infections.
- Ivermectin (6mg): Antiparasitic, sometimes used off-label for viral infections.
- Doxycycline (100mg): Antibiotic for various bacterial infections.
- Azithromycin (500mg): Broad-spectrum antibiotic for respiratory infections.
- PanD (Pantoprazole 40mg + Domperidone 30mg): Reduces stomach acid and aids digestion.
- Multivitamin: Supports overall health with essential nutrients.
-
Understanding Low SPO2 Despite Treatment:
- Possible causes: severe lung issues, inadequate oxygenation, complications like pneumonia or COVID-19 lung damage.
- Current medications may not address viral infections or lung inflammation directly.
-
Immediate Steps to Take:
- Seek urgent medical evaluation, preferably at a hospital or by a pulmonologist.
- Oxygen therapy may be necessary to improve oxygen levels.
- Further investigations like chest X-ray, CT scan, or blood tests might be required.
-
Importance of Monitoring and Follow-up:
- Continuous monitoring of oxygen saturation and symptoms is critical.
- Treatment adjustments based on clinical findings and specialist advice.
-
When to Seek Emergency Care:
- If experiencing severe breathlessness, chest pain, confusion, or persistent low oxygen levels below 90%, seek immediate emergency care.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's got asthma, just like his dad did, and Im not sure, but is having a cold related to asthma? Hes had a runny nose for about 15 days now. Could this be because of his asthma, or do you think it might be something else? What should we do?

I recently had a chest X-ray, and the results mentioned unwanted bronchovascular markings. I'm a bit worried because this has delayed my gallstone surgery. Can you help me understand what these findings mean and if it's something serious?
