I was negligent at first and didn't take the condition seriously, but when things worsened, I started using a CPAP machine, which has helped. The issue is that I often feel embarrassed when traveling because I have to bring the machine with me. I'm wondering, is CPAP the only treatment option available? Can sleep apnea be reversed? I'd appreciate any guidance you can provide.

I'm a bit confused and worried about my recent HRCT thorax report. It mentioned that there are a few subcentimetric lymph nodes in the pre-tracheal and pre-carinal regions, but everything else seems normal. I've been having breathing issues, though my PFT report came back completely normal. It turns out the breathing problem is caused by an arytenoid covering half of my vocal cord. I just need to know, are these subcentimetric lymph nodes something to worry about, or are they considered normal?

I'm really worried about my mom. She's 60 and has been having shortness of breath (SOB) when she's stressed. The doctor found moderate lung restriction from her PFT report and gave her a Butamate 400 inhaler to use for 8 weeks. All her other test resultsblood work, ECG, echo, and x-raycame back normal. Im just wondering if the inhaler is something shell need to use forever or if this is just a temporary thing?

I've been experiencing this weird sensation where I feel short of breath, even when my nose is clear. I'm finding myself needing to take deep breaths and inhale more often than usual. Is this something I should be worried about? What might be causing it?

Patient is advised chest x-ray pa view and sputum for AFB bacilli and microscopy tests.
