I've been feeling a bit off lately like there's this strange discomfort or numbness in my right testicle. It's not really painful or sore, but just unsettling, especially when I press on it; it gets tender. I'm generally healthy at 28, aside from this weird sensation. What could be causing this, and should I be worried? Looking forward to your advice.

It's been so embarrassing that I've barely left my house for the past two years. Do you have any idea what might be going on or how I can fix it?
