I've been feeling a bit uneasy lately. I came down with COVID on April 7th, and while I recovered by April 24th, I'm experiencing some new issues. My CT score was a 4 during the infection, and I had a follow-up CT scan on May 1st that turned out normal. But now I'm having shortness of breath, and my SPO2 is fluctuating between 96 and 98. In addition, there's a slight chest pain on the left whenever I brisk walk. I'm starting to worry if it's possible for lung fibrosis to develop even though my CT scan was normal post-COVID. What do you think?

Patient has been 50 days post-COVID now. About two weeks ago, their X-ray came back normal. Is 50 days enough for lung fibrosis to develop? Also, their sp02 today is fluctuating around 96-98 with the oximeter held for 5 minutes. What should I be concerned about?
