I've been feeling a bit uneasy since lunch yesterday and decided to see a doctor around 5:30 because I was anxious. He suggested an ECG, and my report mentioned a moderate T wave abnormality and an anterior ischemia with 0.1 mV T wave in V3V4, calling it an abnormal ECG. Do you think I should see a cardiologist about this? Is there something serious I need to be concerned about?

the probable diagnosis is asthma,chronic ronchitis, bronchopneumonia etc, pulmonologist opinion is advised.

I've been checking my BP in the evenings for the next few days, and it's usually between 100150 and 115155. After taking the medication for six days, my BP has come down to around 13090, and for the last couple of days, it's stabilized around 12080 in the evening. I've also cut back on salty and oily foods and started walking about 4 to 5 km, plus doing 20 minutes of Pranayam. I'm a bit concerned and curious about what else I can do. I have a BMI of 26.5. Any advice?

My dad recently had an ECG which turned out normal, but his TMT results showed positive for exercise-induced ischemia. I'm quite worried because his hemoglobin level is really low at 8.8. Do you think he needs an angiogram? I'm not sure what the best next steps are, and would appreciate your guidance.
Correct anemia first then can think to do stress echocardiography....to confirm..but If there are any risk facters like diabetes and hypertension or smoking or obesity or family history & inactive lifestyle...& symptoms of chest pain or breathing difficulty, angiography should be done Anyways need insight on all these & need to see the TMT strips to suggest the next best step.
