I've been feeling breathless for the past couple of days, but I don't have a fever or a sore throat. I'm really worried it might be the coronavirus. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm really worried about this dry cough and breathing trouble I've been having for about a month. It's more noticeable at night or in the morning and worsens when there's smoke, like from an agarbatti. I get some relief with Divya Swasari cough syrup, but it doesn't seem to completely go away even though I'm on antibiotics from my physician. Could you help me figure out what's going on or suggest what else I might try to finally get better?
