I've been feeling feverish since yesterday and even after taking the tablet, I still dont feel any better. Do you think I should consider taking an antibiotic? What would you recommend?

I'm really in a tough spot and need some advice. I've been given a prescription for Closer DS 200mg and Safecet 5mg, and I'm a bit lost on when to take them. Is it better to have these before or after meals? I'm currently traveling and can't reach my doctor.
