I've been feeling this heaviness in my right cheek and I'm not sure why. I also have neck pain and sometimes a bit of pain in my head. It's making me feel really anxious. I occasionally get this weird sensation on my lips where it feels like palpitations, usually once or twice a month. I'm confused about which type of doctor I should reach out to. Any ideas on what could be going on?

Possible Causes_
- Overstimulation: Continuous masturbation for 3 days can cause overstimulation, leading to dull and occasional pain.
- Friction and irritation: Excessive friction during masturbation can cause irritation, especially if proper lubrication is not used.
- Inflammation: Inflammation of the penis, testicles, or surrounding areas can cause pain.
Instant Remedies
- Abstinence: Avoid masturbation for a few days to allow your body to recover.
- Cold compress: Apply a cold compress to the affected area to reduce pain and inflammation.
- Warm bath: Soak in a warm bath to relax the muscles and reduce discomfort.
- Proper lubrication: Use proper lubrication during masturbation to reduce friction and irritation.
- Over-the-counter pain relievers: Consider taking over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to alleviate pain.
Preventative Measures
- Practice moderation: Avoid excessive masturbation to prevent overstimulation and irritation.
- Use proper lubrication: Always use proper lubrication during masturbation to reduce friction and irritation.
- Maintain good hygiene: Keep the genital area clean and dry to prevent bacterial or fungal infections.

View allI'm getting frequent pain above my left eye, which spreads to the left side of my head, and it's really bothering me. The only thing that seems to help is sleeping. It tends to happen for any reason, but I particularly notice it if I've slept too much or spent a long time outside on a hot day. I used to have more headaches when I was younger, like till around 14, but they stopped and now it's happening again. The pain is usually mild when I wake up, but by night, it's unbearable. I'm curious what's going on here and what I should do?
Your symptoms suggest migraines or tension headaches, possibly triggered by sleep patterns, heat, or environmental factors; consider consulting a neurologist or primary care physician to rule out underlying conditions, and in the meantime, try maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, staying hydrated, avoiding triggers

I have this weird sensation of water in my head and constant tightness, along with sensory OCD. I've tried every type of medication SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, even antipsychotics but nothing has helped. Is there anything else I can try, like surgery or electric therapy? And is this condition even curable?
Water sensation and OCD with med failure may benefit from advanced options like Deep Brain Stimulation or rTMS—consult neurologist or neuropsychiatrist.

I've been having full body tingling, muscle spasms, and neck and back pain that radiates. I'm currently taking neugaba 150 and dulot 30 but get really bad sweating and anxiety if I miss a dose. Should I see a surgeon or stick with medication management for this? Worried about being dependent on these meds long-term.
Apollo is best for it.
