I've been feeling like I might have a fever for a couple of days, but when I check my temperature, it's normal. Should I be concerned about this? What do you think is going on? Could there be another reason why Im feeling this way, and is there anything I should do?

It can be due to viral bacterial or other type of infection in mild grade or exposure to extreme climatedoing excessive physical exercisefatigue etc
Please take rest for few days protect your self from extreme temperatures and climatic conditionsdrink 12-15 glasses of warm water daily;take fresh soft easily digestible ethnic food with plenty of fresh vegetables;fruits;fish like sardine;white of 1 egg etc;avoid junk;oily;fried;fast food;alcoholic drinks;smoking and over the counter drugs.Do yoga;meditation etc-Develop positive mental energy by good thoughts;helping activities;smile and merry making in all groups.Decrease negative mental energy like anger anxiety depression hatred fear etc by religious and social activities with little philosophical thinkingif your health problems are not decreasing after 2 weeks of obeying the instructions above-kindly have a check up by a doctor
