I've been feeling a pressure on my chest for the past 56 days. I don't have a fever or a cough, but my mouth gets really dry and my saliva seems thicker than usual. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?

Got some concerns that've been bothering me. I had palpitations on Feb 1st when I was at work and the doctor checked out my reports like ECG, 2DEcho, TMT, and said it's not a heart problem. But since yesterday, I've had a fever and my right ankle's swollen and painful. I went out on my bike today, and just after starting, felt like I had some breathing trouble.
