I've been feeling really bloated and full in my stomach lately, and there's this weird pulsating sensation in my abdomen. It's been hard to pass stool normally too, I only manage very little once a day. I tried taking Pan40 antacid, but it didn't seem to help. Do you have any advice on what else I could do or take to feel better?

-ounds like you might be experiencing symptoms of indigestion, constipation, or possibly bloating related to your digestive system. Since Pan40 didn't provide relief, it might be worth trying a stool softener or a mild laxative like Dulcolax or Lactulose

I'm dealing with jaundice right now, and I've been feeling the urge to masturbate more often. I'm worried and curious if it's okay to masturbate while having jaundice. Are there any risks or side effects I should be aware of if I continue?

It's always best to consult with your healthcare provider about specific activities, including sexual activity or masturbation, when you have a liver condition like jaundice. Your doctor can give you tailored advice based on the severity of your condition and overall health.
