I've been feeling really dizzy for the last three days, almost like I might pass out, and I'm also dealing with nausea and just a general sense of weakness. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

View allDo I need to get an injection if my cat bit me? The bite is small, just removed some skin, not really bleeding but there's a bit of blood visible at the spot where the bite happened. Would you recommend getting an injection for this?
If the cat bite has broken the skin, it's important to clean the wound thoroughly and watch for signs of infection. Even if the bite is small, it's advisable to get a tetanus shot and possibly a rabies vaccine, depending on the cat's vaccination status and your local guidelines. It's best to consult a doctor for proper evaluation.

I'm feeling really worried because I've got a fever of 101 and there's a rash too. Could these symptoms mean it's a viral fever? If it is, how is the treatment different from other types of fever? Ive got some medicine names but could you tell me what I should be taking? If you can, Id appreciate it if you explain in Hindi since I might not get all the medical terms.
check cbc and platelets and take iv fluids if necessary based on symptoms

I've been having this sharp pain in the right side of my chest, kind of around the upper chest near the ribs or maybe just below. It started yesterday morning and sometimes it feels like a stabbing sensation when I breathe. These cramps come and go all day, and I must feel them around 35 times a day. The rest of the time, there's just this discomfort. I'm getting pretty worried. What could this be, and should I do something about it?
No need to worry, consume bland diet and take adequate rest it will heal,if its becoming worse visit Gastroenterologist for appropriate treatment.
