I've been feeling really dizzy when I stand up or turn around, and my blood pressure is at 11374 when I'm sitting. I've got asthma, fibromyalgia, and issues with low iron. A few weeks ago, I had a massive ear infection that landed me in the hospital with a high temperature and asthma problems. Now I'm also dealing with a cold and my asthma's acting up. Is it possible that my asthma or iron issues could be making my blood pressure lower than usual, since it's typically around 12080?

Hello...the b.p of 11374 is fine...it is not low to cause giddiness. Your giddiness could be due to anaemia as you mentioned iron issues, you will know it getting a complete blood picture done. Another reason for giddiness could be secondary to your ear infection.

View allDo I need to get an injection if my cat bit me? The bite is small, just removed some skin, not really bleeding but there's a bit of blood visible at the spot where the bite happened. Would you recommend getting an injection for this?
If the cat bite has broken the skin, it's important to clean the wound thoroughly and watch for signs of infection. Even if the bite is small, it's advisable to get a tetanus shot and possibly a rabies vaccine, depending on the cat's vaccination status and your local guidelines. It's best to consult a doctor for proper evaluation.

I'm a bit worried because I accidentally pricked my index finger with a safety pin that wasnt new and it started bleeding a little. I put some Dettol antiseptic on it, but Im concerned if this could lead to tetanus. Is this something I should be worried about?
no
