I've been feeling really off since I ate at this remote place on Saturday. I woke up the next morning with diarrhea, fever, and just like my energy was drained. I can hardly stand or sit for long periods without feeling exhausted. The doctor gave me Unienzyme and NorflaxTZ with electrol, and while the fever's gone, the diarrhea is still hanging around. Is this normal? Should I be worried that it's not stopping? What can I do to feel better faster?

View allI'm sometimes hit with sudden breathlessness, especially after a big meal when my stomach feels really full. This has been going on for around 34 months and I often get these acidic burps. I'm also on medication for panic attacks, taking Serta 100 mg at night. I've also noticed that I've gained weight and my stomach's grown because I haven't been very active. Could this be related to obesity?

I'm having breathing problems and it's been going on for a week now. I even went for an ECG and it came back normal. I've dealt with gastritis before and was on meds for it. Could this gastritis be causing my shortness of breath?
Yes, gastritis and other gastrointestinal issues like acid reflux can sometimes cause or contribute to shortness of breath. This happens due to the proximity of the stomach to the diaphragm, which can become irritated and lead to feelings of chest discomfort or shortness of breath. Since your ECG is normal, its less likely that your symptoms are heart-related. However, its important to manage your gastritis effectively and monitor your symptoms. If your breathing problems persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation to rule out other potential causes and ensure you receive appropriate treatment.

I've been dealing with GERD for the past two years and nothing seems to help medications or lifestyle changes. I'm only 29 and looking into less invasive surgery options. The LYNX procedure sounds promising for controlling GERD, but I'm not sure if it's available in India. If not, which other countries offer this treatment?
In summary ,the LINX procedure is a surgical procedure for the treatment of GERD that uses a magnetic device to strengthen the LES and prevent the reflux. It is a minimal invasive procedure with faster recovery.Yes the procedure is available in india.
