I've been feeling really tired and weak all the time, and it's been getting to me. Every time I go to the bathroom to urinate, my legs feel weak too. It's pretty concerning, and on top of that, I've been dealing with erectile dysfunction. I'm worried about these symptoms, and I'm not sure what's going on. Could you help me understand what might be causing this?

i have phimosis and cant retract my foreskin even when masturbating is it possible to have sex without retracting or do i need surgery i can move the skin a little but cant wear a condom properly
It's possible to have sex with phimosis, even without full retraction, but it may be uncomfortable or painful. Using a condom and ample lubricant can help. However, if the foreskin is severely tight, sexual activity could cause tearing or pain. Surgery (circumcision) might be recommended in more severe cases, but it's not always necessary
