I've been feeling really uncomfortable lately with a sort of suffocation and this weird tingling in my hands and feet for about a month. I did a pulmonary function test, and it came out normal. I'm wondering if it would be okay to use an inhaler to help with these symptoms?

View allI've been on TB meds for a couple of months now and feel pretty good, but I'm still a bit worried. Before all this, I was dealing with a fever for about a month and lost a lot of weight. A chest CT showed those enlarged lymph nodes typical of TB, and my ESR was just a tad high. But after getting an EBUS Test and FNAC, all my reports came back negative, even the AFB culture. The doctor still thought it was best to start the TB treatment. Is it normal for all the tests to be negative even if you have TB?

I've been dealing with this cough and some phlegm in my throat, but oddly, there's no fever or cold symptoms along with it. It's just the cough thats bugging me, even after one round of antibiotics. I dont cough all the time, but I can definitely feel that there's phlegm there. What's going on here? Should I be concerned or doing something different?

I recently got my chest x-ray report and it mentions some unclear haziness in the left cardiophrenic angle region and a prominent epicardiac fat pad, along with patchy infiltration. The rest of the lung fields look clear, and the cardio thoracic ratio is normal. But it also mentions that both hila are prominent and my bony thorax shows no significant abnormality. The domes of my diaphragm are well outlined. Theyve advised clinical correlation and I'm not entirely sure what all this means. Should I be worried about these findings, especially the haziness and the prominent hila? What steps should I take next?
