I'm having trouble with my breathing, especially when I'm trying to sleep at night. Would it be okay if I took two Mondeslor tablets at once?

I've been dealing with bronchitis and asthma for around 4 years now. It tends to flare up seasonally, especially around September to October and February to March, and unfortunately, I usually end up in the hospital during those times. I'm also allergic to dust, and I'm not sure if these issues are due to my allergies, the change of seasons, or maybe both. I just had a chest X-ray done, and it shows a lung infection, plus my chest and lungs get clogged with a lot of cough during these periods. Could you give me some advice on how to manage or even cure these problems?

avoid exposure to morning cold. start taking steam inhalation atleast 4 -5 times per day

I'm really concerned about tuberculosis and I've heard about the sputum test for AFB and the Gram stain, but are there other tests that I should be aware of? I'm just wondering if these are enough to accurately detect TB or if there are more tests that could give a clearer picture.

yes they are enough ,for confirmation do CBNAAT

I'm really worried about my mom. She had an X-ray done because of a recommendation from a clinic doctor, and the report mentioned something like haziness in the right middle and lower lung zones, possibly pneumonitis. When we took the report back to the same doctor, she said it's TB and gave us a prescription, including something called AKT FD KIT for 30 days, Prohance powder to take twice with milk, and Becosules for a month. I'm just not sure if we should start this 6-month treatment right away. Do you think it's a good idea to get a second opinion before starting the medication? What do you advise?

Advised sputum for AFB ,microscopy and CBNAAT study for the confimation. If positive ATT is advised for 6 months duration.
