I've been feeling short of breath for quite a while now, and honestly, it's starting to worry me. I'm feeling really concerned because every night between 6 PM and 3 AM, I start getting a fever accompanied by chills and sweating. After the fever, I find it hard to take deep breaths, only managing about 8 seconds sometimes. Sometimes, the fever even hits in the evening and morning. I'm also experiencing pain on the right side of my chest, especially when I cough or try to take a long breath. I recently got an X-ray, and it mentioned something about a thick-walled cavitory lesion in the right mid-zone with some surrounding consolidation. Does this sound serious?
