I've been feeling some pressure on the left side of my throat lately, and it's kind of hard to breathe at times, which makes me want to cough. There's this strange feeling on the left side of my chest too sometimes. I can still take deep breaths without any issues, but my pulse can be a bit high, like around 100 beats a minute. Generally, my health is fine, and the only medication I'm on is birth control pills. Should I be concerned about this? I'm traveling abroad right now and will be for the next two weeks, so I'm wondering if I need to do something about it or can wait until I'm back home.

View allI'm curious about something that's been happening to me. Every time I sneeze, I end up with throat pain and my voice changes, but it all seems to go back to normal by the next day. Do you think this might be some sort of infection?

Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I could do about it?

I've had this throat infection for over a month now, and even after visiting an ENT and being on antibiotics for a week, it feels like things aren't improving. There's still some granulation in my posterior pharyngeal area, and I'm not seeing any real change there. I stopped smoking a couple of months ago, which I thought might help. Should I keep trying home remedies? I'm getting a sore throat every morning but no other symptoms. Any advice on what I should do next?
