I've been feeling a strong heartbeat that I can actually feel through my neck, and I can even see the pulse moving there. Is this something to be worried about? What could be causing it?

I'm really worried about my mom who's 62. She recently had some chest pain, and her ECG came out abnormal. We consulted with a cardiologist, and they did a TMT test, which was strongly positive. She's also had an echo test done. Now we've been told she needs to go for a CAG angiogram test. I'm just trying to understand how serious her condition might be. Could there be a severe blockage? What do these tests tell us about her heart health?

Given the information that your mother's TMT (treadmill test) result is strongly positive and she has had chest pain along with an abnormal ECG, it suggests a significant likelihood of coronary artery disease (CAD). An angiogram (CAG - coronary angiography) is the next appropriate step as it will provide a detailed view of the coronary arteries to identify the presence, location, and severity of any blockages. This test is crucial for determining the best treatment plan, which may involve medications, angioplasty, or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) depending on the findings. Please follow your cardiologist's recommendations and proceed with the angiogram for a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan.

I'm 41, unmarried, and I'm carrying quite a bit of extra weight108 kg with a height of 5 feet 7 inches. I've got asthma and I used to take Formoflo inhaler 250mg and Asthalin rotohaler 200mg regularly, even Montek AB for a bit. But since I haven't had symptoms for a while, I stopped. Then recently, after climbing stairs, I had some breathing trouble and found myself needing to take deep breaths and yawning a lot throughout the evening. I did an ECG a week ago that showed everything was okayjust that my heart skipped a beat. My last master health check-up was 45 days ago and that was fine too. I saw a cardiologist because I had chest pain, and they suggested doing a TMT. I've also got GERD. So, my mind's been racing a bitshould I be worried about heart disease or fluid in my lungs? I'd really appreciate some guidance.

I've been having this weird chest pain around my sternum and in the center of my back. It's been going on for a few days now and usually hits me with cold sweats and heat waves. I also get this sharp pain on the left side of my breast whenever I walk. I thought it might just be a hangover, but its been three days and it just seems... off. Should I be worried about this?
