I've been feeling under the weather since yesterday. I've got a bad cold and flu, with this annoying head and throat pain. Plus, I'm constantly sniveling, which is pretty bothersome. What should I do about this?

I'm a bit concerned about something that happened yesterday. I had a cold and decided to put some tiger balm on my nose to help with congestion because I've heard it's pretty strong. But later, I noticed a tiny bit might have gotten on my lips when I was drinking coffee. Since then, my throat's been kind of burning, and whenever I burp, that burning sensation is there too. Is this something I should be worried about? What would be the best way to treat it?

It sounds like the Tiger Balm might have irritated your throat or caused mild acid reflux. It's not usually dangerous, but to ease the discomfort, you can try drinking warm water or herbal tea, avoid spicy foods, and take an antacid if needed. If the burning persists, consult a doctor to rule out any underlying issues.

I'm really worried because my maid has been with us for the last 45 days, and she just called to say she has diarrhoea and a fever. Could it be COVID-19? She mentioned she walked home in the hot sun, drank cold water, and ate a lot of watermelon yesterday, and now she's just dealing with diarrhoea. Do you think all of us should get tested for COVID?

no need to worry follow your doctors advice

Hey, I got a small scratch from my dog's teeth while we were playing yesterday. There wasn't any bleeding, but it did swell up a bit overnight and a tiny bit of skin got peeled off. It's only slightly painful. The dog is vaccinated, but should I consider taking any precautionary meds or injections?

no its fine you wont get rabies since the dog is vaccinated.
