I've been getting lots of tiny pimples around my nose and chin area. I think my skin has become addicted to Skinlite cream. A general physician recommended Dermadew Glow and Tab Celine 500 mg, but I'm not sure if I should be using these products since hes not a dermatologist. What do you think? Should I try them out, or should I be consulting a specialist first?

View allI recently got my hands waxed, and ever since, I've developed some major skin issues. My hands are now covered with pimples and rashes, and the beautician mentioned it could be a bacterial allergy. It's super itchy and painful with these red bumps ranging from tiny to quite big all over my hands. I'm really worried about it. What could be causing this, and what should I do to make it better?
It sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis from the waxing procedure. To help with the itching, pain, and inflammation, you can try using an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream to reduce the inflammation and itching. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine such as cetirizine to help with the itching. To prevent any bacterial infection, you can apply an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin on the affected area. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult with a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with a really persistent fungal infection in my groin for the last couple of months. At first, I tried using fourderm cream, but it just made my skin lose color in that area. So, I went to a general physician who told me to stop that and start taking GRISOREM 250 twice a day. The itching hasn't gotten worse, but it hasn't really improved either, and now the infection is spreading. It's even reached my right armpit, and wearing jeans is becoming really uncomfortable. The skin in the groin area feels super sensitive, and the itchiness is pretty unbearable. There's a female dermatologist close by, but I'm kind of worried it'll be awkward because the problem is in my groin area. Seeing a male doctor would feel even more awkward. Is it a good idea to visit her? Or could I get a prescription through private chat? I've got pictures of the infection if that helps one shows how it looked after using fourderm, and the other is from today.

I've been going to the gym and sweating a lot on my scalp during workouts. After these sessions, I'm taking head baths every day. It's been two weeks, and now I'm experiencing a significant amount of hair fall. Can you help me understand what's causing this?
Excessive hair fall after starting gym routine could be due to increased sweat, friction, and tension on scalp, potentially leading to conditions like telogen effluvium, scalp irritation, or fungal infections; daily shampooing may also strip your hair of natural oils, causing dryness and breakage; consider reducing shampoo frequency, using gentle products, and incorporating scalp-friendly habits like massaging and oiling.
