I've been going through my chest X-ray report from a few days ago, and it mentions something about "Rt. Infra Hilar Congestion." Should I be worried about this? And what kind of treatment would be recommended? Right now, I'm only experiencing some pain in my right ear and jaw, but no other symptoms.

The finding of "right infra-hilar congestion" on your chest X-ray suggests mild congestion in the lung area near the right hilum, often related to inflammation or fluid retention. It doesn't seem immediately serious, but given your ear and jaw pain, it could indicate an upper respiratory or ENT-related issue. I recommend seeing a doctor for a full evaluation and appropriate treatment, as medications will depend on the underlying cause.

View allI'm really worried because for the past three weeks I've been experiencing shortness of breath. I initially thought it might be related to COVID-19, so I consulted a pulmonologist online who suggested some tests like serum CBC and an X-ray. But before I got those tests done, I panicked and went to the hospital emergency, and they said it was due to anxiety. I felt fine for about 10 days, but the problem is back. The shortness of breath happens for about 10 minutes, especially when I'm eating, drinking or working, but I feel normal when I lay down. It comes in episodes, and each time I feel more anxious. I had a cough for two months before all this started and used two bottles of Ambrodil. The shortness of breath started after the cough stopped. I'm not sure what to do, especially since I can't visit a doctor in person due to COVID restrictions. I also had a C-section about 5 months ago. Can I get some advice on what to do next?

I was in the hospital two months ago because of COVID, which led to COVID lung pneumonia. I've attached an X-ray taken two months after I was discharged. Can you tell me if I should have another CT scan or not?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm having trouble breathing and can't seem to get air through my nose for a while now, so I've been breathing through my mouth instead. But lately, even that's becoming tough and I feel like I have to take big breaths just to get enough oxygen. What's going on with this?
steam inhalation
