I'm confused about my test results. My chest x-ray came back showing PTB, but then I had a sputum test, and that was negative. Is it possible for these results to not match, and what could this mean for my health?

I've had a really bad cough for the last couple of days, and there's a wheezing sound when I breathe sometimes. I've been taking Rex cof syrup, but it hasn't helped at all. I did a COVID test, and thankfully, it's negative. I'm just wondering if there's any other medicine or treatment youd recommend for this cough?

I tested positive for COVID on July 4th and got a negative result on July 13th. I'm still having issues though. I get really tired quickly, especially when going up stairs. I can manage to walk for about 20 minutes but anything beyond that and I start feeling exhausted and have this heavy sensation in my chest. I've had a chest X-ray, a D-dimer test, and CRP tests, and all came back normal. My SpO2 levels are consistently at 98. Should I be concerned about this? How long might it take before this weakness goes away?
do stress test and proceed
