I've been having abdomen pain for the past 2 days and the ultrasound showed a 6mm calculus in the VUJ. Should I consider surgery or are there other treatment options like medicines that could help?

I'm experiencing this weird sensation todayit's like a soft, rhythmic buzzing at the tip or root of my penis, almost like a phone vibrating. It's not painful but quite persistent. My mom passed away on February 24th, and I've been taking care of her for the last couple of weeks. I'm worried I might have caught some kind of infection, although there's no pain, itching, or burning. Could this be something I should be concerned about?

provided you don't have any symptoms other than this buzzing sensation, which doesn't have any proper medical disease. This buzzing sensation can be due to stress,, probably because of losing your mother. Try to manage your stress by meditation or pranayama,, visit psychiatrist if problem persists.

I noticed a lump in my left testicle and after looking it up online I think it might be varicocele It doesn't hurt but feels uncomfortable Do I really need surgery for this and if so how long can I wait before getting it treated Im 22 and a bit worried about what to do next

Any time you find a lump in your testicle or scrotum, you should have it checked by your doctor as soon as possible. However, if the lump you're feeling is in fact a varicocele, it likely won't cause pain. While varicocele pain is not common, it can occur, especially as the varicocele becomes larger.

My dad is 70 and has been struggling with frequent urine leaks and trouble controlling his urge to urinate. He also has severe knee pain, which limits his movement, and is scheduled for knee surgery soon. His limited mobility is making the urination issue even harder to manage. What can we do to help control his incontinence until his knee gets better?

psa and usg abdomen is advised.
