My dad is 70 and has been struggling with frequent urine leaks and trouble controlling his urge to urinate. He also has severe knee pain, which limits his movement, and is scheduled for knee surgery soon. His limited mobility is making the urination issue even harder to manage. What can we do to help control his incontinence until his knee gets better?

View allMy 73-year-old father has phimosis, and his urologist recommended circumcision mainly for hygiene and to prevent future infections. He's had diabetes for 26 years but it's well-controlled (HBA1C 6.6), and his BP is stable. The doctor suggested conventional surgery under local anesthesia but didn't mention laser surgery. I'm trying to understand the pros and cons of both methods conventional cutting vs laser especially for someone his age with diabetes. Which one would be safer or more recommended in his case?

I'm 24 and I've been masturbating a lot, almost like it's become a habit I can't break. Lately, I've been feeling really low and weak because of it. I've noticed that the nerves on my penis are super visible, and I constantly feel sensations there, even when I'm just sitting around doing nothing. It's kind of embarrassing to say, but I've been needing to urinate like 23 times within a span of just 4 hours, which is really affecting my daily life. This whole situation is really distracting me. What should I do?

I'm feeling a bit concerned because all of a sudden my foreskin has gotten really tight. Could this be some kind of infection? It's started to hurt after I get an erection, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. Do you think this is something I should be worried about?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin is tight and difficult to retract. This can be due to inflammation or infection. I recommend using a topical steroid cream like Betamethasone 0.05% twice a day on the tight area for 4-6 weeks. If the symptoms persist, circumcision may be necessary to relieve the tightness and pain.
