I'm wondering if it's okay to take Avil or levocetirizine to help with this? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been using clotrimazole twice a day for dry skin for around 3 weeks like my doctor said. It's only made the itchiness worse even though I was told it would clear up in 2 weeks. Should I keep using it, try something else, or stop completely?
