I've been having chest pain on the left side for about a year now. I've done all sorts of tests like ECG, echo, and TMT, and they all came back normal. For more clarity, I even had a CT coronary angiogram done. I've attached the frame and report here. Could you please take a look and let me know what's going on?

It is possible that you may be experiencing musculoskeletal pain or other non-cardiac causes of chest pain. To help alleviate your symptoms, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) as needed. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques and maintaining good posture may also be beneficial. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm wondering if Preva and Ecosprin AV are actually the same thing or if they're different medications. I'm also a bit concerned about the side effects. Does one have more side effects than the other? Could you help me understand this better?

Both Preva and Ecosprin AV are different medications with different active ingredients and mechanisms of action. Preva contains the active ingredient Clopidogrel, while Ecosprin AV contains a combination of Aspirin and Atorvastatin. In terms of side effects, both medications can cause side effects, but the specific side effects and their likelihood can vary from person to person. Common side effects of Clopidogrel (Preva) include bleeding, bruising, and stomach upset. On the other hand, common side effects of Aspirin and Atorvastatin (Ecosprin AV) include stomach upset, muscle pain, and liver enzyme abnormalities. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider to determine which medication is more suitable for you based on your individual medical history and risk factors.

I'm experiencing some heaviness in my chest area and I'm having trouble breathing. I've got a headache, my heartbeat feels faster than usual, and I just can't seem to catch my breath properly. I'm really worried about what's going on. Can you help figure out what this could be?

You may be experiencing symptoms of a heart condition or respiratory issue. It is important to seek medical attention immediately. In the meantime, you can take Aspirin 325mg for possible heart-related symptoms and use an inhaler like Ventolin (albuterol) for breathing difficulties. Remember to take deep breaths and try to stay calm while waiting for medical help.
